Luxury Home is a multilingual real estate lead-generation marketplace for Luxembourg. We connect property seekers with partner real estate agencies. We do not sell properties directly.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

User Obligations

You agree not to: post false or misleading property listings, use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or scrape or harvest data from the platform.

Intellectual Property

The Luxury Home platform, including its design, logos, and software, is our intellectual property. Property listing content belongs to the respective agencies or owners.

Limitation of Liability

Luxury Home acts as an intermediary. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the conduct of agencies. We are not liable for transactions between users and agencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.
